Your Love Story, Hand-Painted.

Your Love Story, Hand-Painted.

Every design begins with original watercolor artwork, hand-painted in my Rhode Island studio.

The art of a beautiful beginning…

Your wedding invitations are the first glimpse guests receive of your celebration.

At Lemoie Creative, each suite is thoughtfully designed to reflect the setting, style, and spirit of your wedding.

What We Offer

Original Watercolor Artwork

Each invitation suite begins with custom, hand-painted artwork created specifically for your wedding. Many couples choose to feature their venue, but illustrations can also highlight meaningful details like landscapes, florals, or architectural elements that define the setting of your day. These pieces become the visual foundation of your entire paper story.

A Refined Multi-Piece Suite

Your core invitation suite typically includes the invitation card, a details card, and an RSVP card, thoughtfully designed to communicate all of the important information for your celebration. Suites can also include coordinating envelopes, with the option for guest addressing to create a polished and seamless presentation from the moment invitations arrive in the mail.

Thoughtful Upgrades & Finishing Touches

For couples looking to create something truly distinctive, I offer a variety of custom enhancements that elevate your suite. Options may include specialty papers, deckled edges, wax seals, silk ribbons, venue liners, custom maps, and other artistic details that reflect your wedding aesthetic while adding texture and dimension.

The Artist Behind the Paper

Hi, I’m Jenna — the artist and designer behind Lemoie Creative.

My introduction to wedding stationery actually began while planning my own wedding. When it came time to design our invitations, I decided to paint the Newport Bridge in watercolor as the centerpiece of the suite — a place that felt symbolic of the coastal setting of our celebration. When the invitations went out, friends and family kept asking about them and encouraging me to explore it further. What started as a personal creative project eventually grew into Lemoie Creative.

Today, I work closely with couples to create invitation suites that feel just as personal. Many of my clients are getting married at beautiful coastal venues and historic properties throughout New England, and incorporating those spaces into the artwork helps create a cohesive visual story from the very first invitation.

I believe wedding stationery should feel like more than just information on paper.

The invitation is the first glimpse your guests receive of your wedding — setting the tone for the celebration to come. By combining hand-painted artwork with thoughtful design, each suite becomes its own small piece of art while also establishing a visual “brand” for your wedding day.

No two celebrations are the same, which is why every design is created from scratch and thoughtfully tailored to reflect the couple, the setting, and the overall aesthetic of the event. From the first sketch to the final printed piece, my goal is to create stationery that feels timeless, personal, and beautifully connected to the place where your story unfolds.

Let’s get personal…

  • My husband is the behind-the-scenes admin support that keeps everything running smoothly. From spreadsheets to logistics, he’s truly a lifesaver.

  • I’m lucky to have a close group of friends who feel more like family — and I’ve even had the joy of designing wedding paper for many of them.

  • I love trying new restaurants — Rhode Island’s food scene is incredible and I’m always adding new spots to my list.

  • I have a golden retriever named Penny Lane, who spends most days keeping me company in the studio and supervising my painting.

1

Our Process

Intro Call

We begin with a conversation to learn more about your wedding — the venue, your aesthetic, and the overall experience you hope to create for your guests. This is also a chance to talk through ideas, inspiration, and how custom artwork can bring your vision to life.

2

Proposal & Booking

Following our call, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining recommended pieces for your suite and any design elements we discussed. Once your proposal is approved and your retainer is received, your project is officially reserved on my calendar.

3

Moodboard & Design Direction

Next, we refine the creative direction together. Using inspiration images, venue details, and color palettes, we develop a cohesive design approach for your suite — essentially creating a visual “brand” for your wedding that will guide the entire paper experience.

4

Artwork & Layout

At this stage, I begin creating your custom watercolor artwork and invitation layout. You’ll receive digital proofs to review, with the opportunity to provide feedback and request refinements before anything goes to print.

5

Printing & Production

Once the final design is approved, your suite moves into production. Your invitations are professionally printed, assembled with any selected embellishments, and prepared for mailing so they arrive beautifully in your guests’ hands.
